What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Bisoprolol And Xarelto?

I have stopped being a bulimia for a month and am cured in this regard. My heart has a big problem. I am on 20mg Xarelto and 2.5 mg of Bisoprolol for 3 days. I feel awful but it has slowed down the palpitation some. I apologise but I do not want my better half to know this, I feel very tired and like the earth is pulling me down like gravity. Is there any hope of getting my hearty better or do I accept my punishment forever. I cannot tell my cardiologist because it will get the word out.

1)Do a clinical exam by your treating Doctor and do few investigations like [Fasting blood sugar, TSH, ECG and CBC] to confirm it.

2)Do take all the prescribed medications as per your Doctor's advice and add further after test reports.

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Eat a heart-healthy diet[Discuss with your nutritional expert]

2)Try to Increase your physical activity

3)Try to avoid smoking

4)Try to keep a healthy weight

5)Try to limit or avoiding caffeine and alcohol

6)Reducing stress, as intense stress and anger can cause heart rhythm problems

7)Using over-the-counter medications with caution, as some cold and cough medications contain stimulants that may trigger a rapid heartbeat.
