What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Xanax And Paxil?

I seem to have become a heater, and it has been since 2009 in the making. I have taken xanax, paxil, and blood pressure medication for some time. The first two since 1973. I see a physician at Duke twice a year and we cannot come up with a solution. Recently, fatigue is setting in.
