What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Xeljanz?

I was taking xeljanz but it increased my pain and made me very lethargic and I have stopped it already for 2 weeks but I AM still suffering with being very tired and lethargic is this normal. And how long will I feel this way I cant function normally very tired.
