General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A most common feature of psychosomatic diseases is fatigue, lack of drive and exhaustion.

You TLC might be raised due to some subclinical infection. The focus might be anywhere-respiratory, urinary, abdominal etc.

It is being said that"We should treat the patient and not the investigations" so if you do not have any symptoms, then it does not need an escalation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
