What Causes Severe Fluctuation In Blood Pressure Levels?

I normally have low blood pressure but for the past year I have had very severe spiking upon having intestinal cramps & until I have loose stools, my pressure stays up. It is from 170 s/100 s to 240/140 s while I am having cramps. I have been to so many doctors & no one can tell me why. It is so hard to treat because they give me meds to take when this happens & then sometimes I drop to 80 s/40 s & can t do anything but lay in bed. I feel I am playing a dangerous game.

These are a huge and very unusual fluctuating readings of the blood pressure. I strongly recommend you to consult a Gastroentrologist for diarrhea issues, then a Cardiologist for complete cardiac evaluation. It may be a sign of some dangerous cause underlying this whole dramatic blood pressure fluctuation.
