Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been walking alot. After 3.4 miles yesterday I can t walk on myleft foot because of great pain. Had plantar fashititis(?) on other foot so know what that feele like . This hurts with any pressure. This is s 15 dollar rip off. Do you really NEED my money? Get a real job
Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful. If pain is severe more potent analgesic like tramadol or gabapentin may be needed. Orthopedic surgeon review may be needed and local steroid injections may be helpful if oral medicine fail to respond. Using soft gel foot pads in shoes wear may be needed.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
