What Causes Severe Foot Pain Upon Walking?

I have been walking alot. After 3.4 miles yesterday I can t walk on myleft foot because of great pain. Had plantar fashititis(?) on other foot so know what that feele like . This hurts with any pressure. This is s 15 dollar rip off. Do you really NEED my money? Get a real job

Hi,

Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful. If pain is severe more potent analgesic like tramadol or gabapentin may be needed. Orthopedic surgeon review may be needed and local steroid injections may be helpful if oral medicine fail to respond. Using soft gel foot pads in shoes wear may be needed.
