What Causes Severe Foot Pain?

I have pain on top of my left foot.It hurts every night.I ve tried all kind of meds nothing helps.The only thing that helps it is to stay up on it on.I can t sleep at night for it.I ve had all kind of test done on my leg also.No dr. has ever found the problem. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, non specific pain could be there and this can be best managed with simple analgesic but best would be try to ignore this and no need to be over conscious, try to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
