What Causes Severe Hand Tremors And Dizziness?

Hi, I have two questions, my hand have been trembling a lot lately and I ve been feeling a little dizzy and even seeing stars a little. What could be causing this and what should I do. I don t drink alchohol do drugs, or drink coffee, although I do take caffeine tablets every now and then. I m a college student. Second, my knees, especially my right knee are kind of weak, how can I strengthen them?

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible neurological causes like essential tremor.
