What Causes Severe Headache And Chest Pain While On Lisinopril?

I just started taking lisenopril for high blood pressure this week, I have had a chronic headache for about 2 weeks and now I am having a little dull pain on left side of chest almost feels like when I use to have anxiety attacks, I was driving home from store and all of the sudden felt like I was going to black out, could it be the medicine my only health issues are anxiety and allergies. so I am not sure where my headache is coming from

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that moreover your symptoms are of anxiety but considering you hypertensive medical history you should get done basic cardiac workup which includes ECG, Echocardiography and Lipid profile.
