What Causes Severe Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

I am 27 yrs old woman. I have been diagnosed with aracanoid cyst in the left temperol lobe of the brain on 2010. EEG is normal. I use to have severe headache , dizziness and nausea but after medication cilentra, thio act, betacap and vitamins it subsides . Now recenly I had severe dizziness headache n nausea again , now I am in betacap , thio act , brain vitamins , wellwoman vitamins and viytamin C . There is little improvement but not fully. Please tell what is my problem kindly suggest .

Answer : I would consider few possibilities

(1) The Cyst inside brain has increased in Size : So, you need to consult a neurosurgeon and undergo thorough evaluation

(2) Dizziness and Headache is due to some other reason : Before we look for other reasons, we have to first rule out changes in the problem we know we already have. Hence I would suggest you to kindly consult your neurosurgeon at the earliest
