my sister is suffering from headache on different areas . the pain starts after climbing the stairs or during running, playing, or due to exposure of sun. it worsened after the noon. it is actually causing a grave problem and hampering her studies also

You can take Aceclofenac and Paracetamol tab twice a day for 5 days. You can take Rabeprazole tab twice a day for 5 days. Apply Diclofenac spray on affected site. Apply warm water bag on affected site. If not resolved then consult your orthopedic surgeon. Do X-ray of affected part. Do physiotherapy, it is also.
