What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Severe Fatigue?
I was sick this past week terrible headache on day 1, Went to my PCP and did a nose swab to check for the flu but was negative. I m feeling better but I have extreme weakness throughout my body, especially my quads and arms. Could this be from the illness or could it be something else. I m on day 4 of z-Pack

There are many causes for headache and weakness. I think you may be suffering from acute viral illness.
Take rest with plenty of oral fluids. Antibiotics are not necessary unless bacterial infection is confirmed.
If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
