What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Weight Gain And Dizziness?

i ve had intermittent headaches the past 2 months and weight gain (8 pounds). i m a small woman who is otherwise healthy. I also get nauseous at times after I eat (that is also intermittent). I also have occasional dizziness/blurriness. Fatigue has also been an concern. I m trying to figure out what may be the root cause. I eat pretty well and my diet restrictions still haven t produced weight loss. ???

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

For root cause analysis of problem your physical examination is necessary

If needed USG, HB estimation, and CRP like investigation done for further work up

Anemia and any chronic illness or even constipation can lead headache

Constipation treated with laxatives if needed

If in USG any organic cause found than treated accordingly

The history for thyroid also should be taken and serum TSH estimation done If needed

Take care

Consult physician for examination
