What Causes Severe Headaches And Dent On Right Forehead?

I have had these severe head aches and noticed a dent on the right side of my forehead from my hair line to my eye brow and i also go to feel it and instantly it aches and feels like a huge pressure point that goes around my whole skull. Just recently i feel a soft spot in the back of my head where my pony tail would be plaved. What is going on? Could it be lack of vitamins and calcium?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think this can be related to lack of vitamins and calcium. I need to see a picture to give you a better opinion. It can be a furuncle or inflammation and infection of the hair follicle since it is hurting. If it was not hurting it could be lipoma so a picture can be helpful to evaluate it.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
