What Causes Severe Headaches And Discomfort In The Ears?
Hi, I keep getting really bad headaches. It feels like there is a bubble in my hear and when I bend down it s like my blood is rushing down and I m about to have an nose bleed but nothing comes out. It also hurts my eyes really bad What could this be.

headache and positional vertigo like symptoms suggest that there may be some inner ear (where the cochlear reside) infection or some irritation is there.
there is also connection between middle ear and inner part of nose through Eustachian tube
and also connection between inner part of nose to eye through nasolacrimal duct.
so proper examination of all these part will be helpful and treatment can be given accordingly.
