What Causes Severe Headaches And Nasal Congestion?

Hi, I have never been able to blow my nose and suffer from chronic headaches. I constantly feel congested, am affected by the weather changes, can barely breathe through my nose and now can not sleep well. This has been life long (70years) and getting worse. I can feel drainage at times down the back of my throat. I underwent sinus surgery 5 years ago but it did not help. I recently went to an ENT doctor, he looked into my nose and told me my sinuses were fine. I have had 5 head traumas throughout the course of my life and don t know where to turn to. The headaches are getting worse to the point I have to stop whatever I am doing and go lay on the bed propped up. Silent atrial fib runs in my family and I have it so am on a blood thinner and have been told I can t take decongestants, etc. HELP

Hello,

So far as my clinical experience is concerned, the issue of chronic sinus infections and headache do not respond well with allopathy.
You have to switch over to homeopath or Ayurveda support with deep breathing exercises, walking in fresh air and other lifestyle modifications.
