Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Severe headache and nausea may be because of migraine/hypertension/opthalmic problem.

I advise you to get your CT scan head done to rule out any intra cranial cause, intra opthalmic pressure checked and blood pressure measurement done.

If blood pressure is normal and opthalmic cause is ruled out,it is probably due to migraine.
visit a good physician or internal medicine specialist in that regard.
Acute attack of migraine can be coverd by NSAIDs like ibuprofen twice a day for couple of days.
Drugs like Rizatriptan/Sumatriptan are required for maientanance as prevention against further migraibne attacks.
Avoid triggering factors like alcohol, caffeine, stress, bright lights, noise.

Hope i answered your query.
