General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, such symptoms need neurological examination and evaluation preferably by a neurologist and brain imaging like CT scan or MRI and any signs of raised intracranial pressure or brain structural lesions or atrophic changes. B12, folic acid levels also needs to be checked.

Using Ginkobiloba or B complex replacement may be needed. But all in all rest of management will depend on the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
