Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe headaches and tingling sensation in the jaw which seems to be due to inflammation of tonsils , TMJ dysfunction, bruxsim , bell's palsy , migraine or upper respiratory tract infection. I would suggest you to do throat lozenges , apply warm compresses on face and jaw and do warm saline gargles. You should maintain proper oral hygiene. Relax jaw properly and try to take soft food in diet. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Doctor may refer you to dentist for TMJ problem or neurologist for problem like migraine. Take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl. Drink plenty of fluids and use mouth guard at night while sleeping .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
