What Causes Severe Headaches Especially At The Vertex?

Hello, this is Talha Bhura. it would be very greatfull if i get cured from my headache.My age is 49 and my height is 5.4 my weight is 69. I am having severe headache initially it was whole head since 4 days but gradually it settled on my vertex and its the 7th day now, it aggravates at night and mid night or as soon as i close my eyes even during day time, i cant bend downward, coughing causes more intensity, i am having gas trouble too.

Well come to HCM
the headache could be to frontal sinusitis, although most of the headaches are functional in origins, anxiety, depression may be the reason for that, even if this is due to sinusitis still this could be flair up with anxiety and other functional problems, you can try "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, and Tab Loratidine three times in day" try to be cool and calm, this would be fine soon, take care.
