What Causes Severe Headaches?

I suffer from bad headaches migrains, i have done since i turned fifty,i went to see a neuro surgeon the deflated a 7.4 cyst on my brain , but i still get these bad head aches , could this be a pituitary gland causing me these problems , im also 60 years old

Meningitis like infection also cause severe headach problem...

CSF examination give exact idea...
Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis...
