What Causes Severe Headaches?

hello, I ve been having the same headache for the past 48 hours at least. Reading up on the symptoms and comparing to mine I ve come to the conclusion its a cluster headache. Reading the article though it says cluster headaches go away given a few hours but its been over 48 hour and the pain has gotten more intense for me. Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
severe head ache could be due to-Tension - stress / uncorrected refractory index ( difficulty in long or short vision/migraine ( has family history, accompanied by vomiting)/ sinus infection- Relieved by vapor inhalation/ high blood pressure/ Hormonal headache ( premenstrual tension)
You have a doubt about cluster head ache.. do you have pain behind eyes.. that indicates either sinus or need of spectacles.
When you observe that it's not getting controlled with routine management.. you have to be concerned about it.
Consult your family doctor & he would advise treatment after examination / refer you to expert for advise.
Thanks
