What Causes Severe Headaches?

My 37 year old son has been getting debilitating headaches once or twice a day. They last for 15-20 minutes and then stop. He thinks they are migraines. I have a few migraines and they have lasted a few days. Could he be having migraines or are they something more serious?

refraction should be done and if error is detected then it should be corrected. for migraine can take migrainil one tab to start with and increase up to 6 tab till you feel improved from all signs and symptoms
