General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are so many reasons for a headache which can be ruled out very easily. A cluster headache occurs in the male with severe pain and lacrimation.

A tension headache occurs mainly to professionals at duty time and at evening, migraine mainly occurs in women with some aggravating factors are there like lack of sleep, tea, coffee, hunger, etcetera, and mainly one side.

A thunderclap headache due to subarachnoid hemorrhage is a very severe headache and nothing severe like ever than the brain tumor, local head injury, meningitis with neck rigidity, and infection and increased intracranial pressure, and high blood pressure which cause an occipital headache and visual disturbance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
