What Causes Severe Headaches?

hello dr. sumit, i have done a CT scan PNS (coronal) after problems like sever headache over eyes

It says

1. PANSINUSITIS / SINONASAL POLYPOSIS ON THE LEFT SIDE.

2. MILD SINUSITIS INVOLVING THE RIGHT ETHMOID SINUS.

3. BLOCKED LEFT OSTIOMEATAL COMPLEX.

4. DEVIATED NASAL SEPTUM WITH A SMALL NASAL SPUR.

COULD you please suggest me how serious these results are? is this possible to cure with medicine or it would need some kind of surgery for these things
