What Causes Severe Heart And Nerve Pain In A Person With Pericardial Effusion?

I m suffering with mild pericardial effusion and taking medicines for last one and half month consulted cardiilogist after that fron last three days im suffering with severe heart and nerve pain whenever im breathing so what should i do now.im 28 yrs old

I am suggesting you should see a cardiovascular surgeon for expert clinical assessment Councelling and possible surgical interventional procedures
Meanwhile procedures like pericardial aspiration to access the fluid for the following is imperative
Calcium
Tuberculosis
HIV INFECTION
Cardiac tumor
