Over past few months have experienced severe indigestion for first time in my life.Am kept awake at night by acid reflux and have loss of appetite.Am now looking to change my eating habits..cutting out supper etc, and taking peppermint tabs for some relief.When I bend down discomfort is considerable.My regular walking exercise has ceased due to my dogs death 18 months ago. Don t really want to take anymore tablets as I am already takinh hypertension and statin treatment.
