What Causes Severe Itching All Over The Body?

for the past 2 weeks im having severe itching all over the body...followed by pain in the epigastric region of the stomach...i took a rantac and levocetrizine and an antibiotic...nw that itching prevails....whenever i fail to take an antihistamine...it itches like hell...last night i coudn't sleep cz of this...{levocetrizine got over}..so i had to rush to the nearby hospital to get an antihistamine..after that only i was able to sleep.....i took a hepatitis b vaccine{primary dose}..2 0r 3 days before prior to the appearance of these symptoms...and ma pet dog always itches and i used to kill small crawling insects {nt sure whether it is a tick }...i did a blood and urine test 2day...blood test is normal...urine test{ reaction : acidic ,pale yellow colour, pus cells 0-2/hpf and occasional epithelial cells...nw what should i do ? pls help...

As per your complain itching all over the body with a history of having hepatitis vaccine taken just 2 days back seems to be due to allergic reaction with the vaccine medication..
It can also be due to tick bite or can be due to animal danders..
You should consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..

In case of allergic reaction is confirmed as the diagnosis he can advise you oral as well as injectable anti-allergics as well as he can advise you oral and injectable steroids for faster relief from symptoms..

Avoiding exposure to allergen can prevent recurring allergy episodes..
