What Causes Severe Joint Pain?

I have severe joint pain. It takes me several hours to get going in the morning. If I am off my feet for periods of time when I step back down my feet hurt. My hands are the worst. My kuckles hurt all the time and my fingures lock up sometimes and I cant move them. I have pain in my knees,shoulders,ankles, and neck. What could it be.

Your symptoms seem to be related to arthritis. For this reason, I recommend consulting with a rheumatologist and have some tests done:

- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation- FR levels
- ANA and ANCA titer.
