What Causes Severe Joints Pain And Elevation In BP After Placing A Stent?

I had a massive heart attack in October, had stent, since then fractured foot, gout, and shingles.. Sufferering severe joint,pain ankles, knees, wrists Now elevated blood pressure and alkaline level of 164.. I am 70 years old and am very depressed...someone please help me....
