What Causes Severe Left-sided Chest Pain And Cough After Running?

I recently ran a marathon and started having left sided chest pain the next day that is worsened by coughing or sneezing, causing a severe soreness. I did not fall or have any reason to think that I fractured a rib. Could this be muscle-related? It seemed to be getting better but yesterday I had sneezing episode at work and it has been more painful ever since.

As per your history your problem is due to a minor problem first make a blood differential count if eosinophils greater than 7% take a full course of DEC for 20 days.(Thanks)
