General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Let me analyse your reports.
1. Total bilirubin - normal
2. SGOT, SGPT - normal
3. Albumin - low normal
4. Alkaline phosphatase - normal
5. GGT - normal
6. A/G ratio - normal

The Liver function test is absolutely normal.

I would suggest you to
- Avoid oily, spicy food
- Avoid smoking and alcohol
- I would start tablet pantoprazole
- Get an abdominal ultrasound and an upper GI endoscopy done to look at the exact cause of the abdominal fullness and a loss of apetite.

Do not worry.

I would also suggest you to visit a gastro-enterologist . He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health
