What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain And Backache?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING BAD PAIN IN BACK AND IN LOWER STOACH AREA NOTHING IS HELPING WITH PAIN THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A WEEK I JUST WIPED BLOOD FROM VAGINAL AREA IM 66 HAD MY LAST PERIOD IN 2001 I ALSO HAVE STAGE 3 KIDNEY DISEASE IM DIABETIC AND ANEMIC AND HAVE CAD WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

For lower back pain take some pain killer like biozobid-plus or combiflam only when the pain is worse enough or disturb your daily routine along with calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem once daily. I also advice you to sleep on plain surface. Do some kind physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist.
