i have deep right side pain - lateral to my belly button, just above my rt pelvic bones. I started noticing it in August last year - by the end of the day, if I had been on my feet walking or just standing, my right side would hurt. It progressively got worse so I went to the doctor in October. Since I was also having issues with anemia and with my girl parts, the doc sent me to a OBGYN. My mom was in hospice in another state so I postponed appointments in November for a few weeks to attend her funeral and help my dad. I couldn t get an appointment until Jan. when I got back home due to the holidays ect... Finally in January of this year, the OBGYN suggested a hysterectomy due to the pain, the fact that they could not see my right ovary and my age (57 and don t necessarily need my woman parts so much so I told them to take it all out). They accomplished this with a robotic Laporscope. My Uterus was three time the size it should have been, the right ovary was the good one (the left one was attached to my intestine - removed with no issues) so basically the hysterectomy did not solve my pain issue. A week later while turning onto my left side I had a severe pain and ended up in the ER thinking I burst my appendix - they could find nothing wrong, gave me a morphine shot and sent me home. I have no gall bladder (removed in 2003). So far since Febuary I have had 3 CT scans, an x-ray, sonogram, mesoteric (?) sonogram, colonoscopy, upper GI, pelvic floor exam by a PT Specialist, round of heavy anti-biotics, blood and urine tests; went to the following additional specialist: Urologist, Muscular Skeletal Surgeon, Digestive health clinic, Certified Neuro Muscular Massage Practitioner, Physical Therapy (who said she could do nothing for me after two appointments). My pain has only gotten worse and now I don t have to be on my feet very long until the pain gets unbearable. My regular doctor is at a loss and suggest a new stronger anti-biotic, another exploratory surgery or pain regulating drugs. This whole situation is quite frightening. No one can see anything that could be causing my pain. I am at my wits end.
