What Causes Severe Menstrual Cramps After Marriage?

After marriage in Menstruation i am getting stomach pain a lot .It starts with 2nd day and continues till 3rd and i am getting relief after sleep and after having hot drink like coffee and Milk.. Wanted to know that its just because of sexual life or something else because before that its a normal first day pain.
