What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms In The Lower Back?
I have very serve muscle spasms from my lower back into pelvic and front of legs. Have disc removed back in 1999. Historical back problems but very serve at the moment was given Diprofos5 injections into spine yesterday at the hospital and pain relief tablets but next day, today I am still very very sore in all areas. Pls can you advise this is the right cause of treatment. Thank you

Muscle spasms are a sign of weakness in the muscle. Active physiotherapy or yoga is likely to help. It will take some time but have a long term effect.
