What Causes Severe Muscle Tension?
I suffer severe muscle tension due to stress. However, over the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing dizziness on standing, pain behind my left eye and pains to my right arm and numbness and tingling in hands etc. please advise. thank you. YYYY@YYYY

The symptoms that you have can be related to low levels of vitamin D3, vitamin B 12 or electrolyte disturbance. Do get a few blood tests done to find the exact cause.
