What Causes Severe Nausea And Diarrhoea Post Intake Of Levonelle?
Hi, I took levonelle on Friday about 14 hours after an issue with a condom. At the time of intercourse I was due to menstruate in 3 days time. My period started 5 days late and only lasted just over a day very light flow compared to normal. I have had on and off severe nausea and diarrhoea but did not vomit after taking the PCP and diarrhoea began after several hours later. It s been a week and I am still experiencing severe nausea, diarrhoea and either chills or hot flushes. Is this normal and how long should I expect it to last? I am 28

I think that the nausea and diarrhea are not caused due to cycle issues but possibly due to any viral infection. I think you are not pregnant because you had double protection and the period came also. Take probiotics such Enterogermina or Yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora.
