General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Nausea and extreme weakness associated with very black stool are indicating stomach ulcers.

Very black stool is a sign of upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding.

Should go back to gastroenterologist and ask to run:
- upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
- digital examination of anal area if you have hemorrhoids
- complete blood count
- fecal occult blood test
- urine analysis

Wish fast recovery.
