What Causes Severe Nausea And Pain In Upper Abdomen?
I have had extreme nausea the last couple of weeks and since yesterday have had severe a pain in my upper abdomen below by breast plate, has blood tests a few weeks ago that were positive for I think IGG and some other bacteria, have been on tums, nexium for the last 2 weeks also, feels like I need to burb really bad but cant, scope and colonoscopy scheduled Apirl 14 but don t think I can be this uncomfortable for that long. What should I do?

You have acidity or ulcers in your stomach or in intestine. I prescribe my patients following and they respond well to the treatment-
Antacids (omeperazole) two times a day
Anti vomiting tablet (perinorm) two times a day
Bland diet (no spices)
Plenty of water
You take this treatment for two weeks, you will be fine and you may not need scopy.
