What Causes Severe Nausea When Diagnosed With Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels?

I have been feeling nauseated since monday. No other symptoms just the nausea, I am not pregnant, the only issue I am having right now is elevated liver enzymes. Waiting to have my third test to see how much further they have risen. Could this be relevant to the nausea?
