Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I get severe nerve pain down the insides of my thighs... sometimes one at a time, and sometimes both at the same time. All my doctor has said was that it is nerve pain. I would like to know what causes it, and if there is anything I can do so it doesn t keep happening.
I advice you to 1. Do a full physical examination by your doctor 2. Blood glucose& lipid profile 3. Do regular exercise & YOGA 4.Take analgesics 5. Physiotherapy 6. Use splint & keep your legs elevated at bed times
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
