General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Night sweat can be related to many medical conditions. The sweet odor can be related to diabetes. I suggest ti do a complete blood count and glycemic level for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest to sleep in a cool room, use loose clothes and drink liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
