What Causes Severe Nose Bleeds And Blood Clots In Urine?
I have severe nose bleeds 3 e.r. trips in one day. during one trip I used a urinal and had blood and clots in the urine. i take warfarin (inr 2.5) and all fluids (including a clean urine sample) checked out wnl. Subsequent urination produced some small clots and a little color but since then all is clear.
As you already on tablet Warfarin, so you have to take extra precautions. As your INR is normal, I think this bleeding may be because of hot environment and stress. So, avoid travelling in hot.
Drink plenty of fluids. As symptoms reduced, and all reports are normal, so no need to do. I will suggest you review here with detailed history or consult with urologist if symptoms recurred.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
