What Causes Severe Numbness And Pain In Legs When Standing Up For A Long Time?

Whenever I stand for say more than 20 minutes or walking I wait on tables my legs become extremely numb and begin to hurt and ache coming from the bottom of my spine I have had physical therapy on it which really did not help the Dr treats it as if I m nuts what should I do the numbness is in both legs to the point I cannot walk vert well

Hello
You need an MRI scan of your lumbar spine to look for spinal stenosis or one or more ruptured discs that are pressing on nerve roots
