General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fibromyalgia can cause severe body pain and a combination of medical therapy may be required. Antidepressants, pain killers, nerve pain medication like Pregabalin and muscle relaxants may be required to reduce your symptoms along with physiotherapy, relaxation techniques and hydrotherapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
