I woke up this morning to my right hand tingling and in a lot of pain. It felt like it was swelling too but wasn t visably. Eventually my boyfriend massaged my neck and it seemed to help but now I still have faint simptoms and they are also accuring in my left hand as well. Both wrists are also hurting especially if I put pressure on them and if I try to rotate or move them it makes it worse and hurts/feels even more stiff. My neck also hurts and feels stiff as well as my shoulders. I m hoping I may just need to see a Chiropractor, but lately I ve been having trouble with muscles that I ve never had trouble before. Like I pulled the muscles on the left side of my chest a two weeks ago and it s finally better but I had to work out some horrible knots before that happened.
