Hello!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.

Your symptoms may be related to tension type headache or to a lesion caused by the trauma.

I would like to know if you have any other symptoms like blurring vision or eye redness.

I recommend you to consult with a neurologist for a careful physical examination and perform a brain CT scan with contrast to exclude a possible post traumatic carotido-ophtalmic fistula.

An ophthalmologic consult would be helpful to exclude any eye lesions.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
