Hello,

Since you have a history of Scoliosis surgery done and post operative you have complications of chronic pain, you can't sit for a long period of time & you cannot stand up. It looks like your surgery has either gone wrong or has complications that needs further follow up.

It can be neurological complications, nerve root injury, DVT etc, may cause chronic pain and discomfort. Take acetaminophen or NSAIDS, one SOS when needed for relieve of pain. You also have left knee problems after surgery. You are suggested to get disability declared by your treating doctor to help you get insurance & continue further treatment. Keep all the prescriptions nicely it will serve as documents. Stay away from addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
