General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are diagnosed with arthritis you are expected to do exercises. Sedentary lifestyle will worsen the symptoms.

Only taking medicines will not help. Do regular stretch exercises, walking, stay active. When lubrication in the joints increase pain & discomfort will get reduced.

Take NSAIDS, one sos when required, you can take vitamin E rich food or supplements (Evion 400), once daily for 7-10(ten) days to feel better.

Thick mass inbetween your groin and hip may be indicative of groin hernia, hernia or cysts. Get clinically examined by a GP & get diagnosed. Get treated at the earliest, do not wait for complications to develop.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
